Embark on a journey of discovery of the marvelous seabed at a maximum depth of 6m for fifteen to twenty minutes of immersion.

Upon arrival at the Lecques Aquanaut diving center, the future diver is welcomed and receives their equipment.
The team of instructors selects the equipment best suited to each body type: a very wide range of wetsuits, fins, masks, and diving suits is available to guarantee the best comfort.
After distribution of the equipment, everyone boards the AQUANAUTE.
The boat takes the future diver to one of the marvelous underwater sites of the Bay of Lecques.

During the journey, an instructor explains the introductory dive and answers all questions.
The boat drops anchor in a well-sheltered cove. The bottom is very close. The instructor helps the "baptized" diver to get equipped.
Finally, it's time to go!
The dive is entered quietly via a ladder. The baptized diver and the instructor gently glide into the world of silence to discover fish, octopus, sponges, sea urchins, starfish.....
Back at the port, the baptized diver will be awarded a certificate attesting to this first scuba diving experience.

From 10 years old, 3 afternoon course to learn basic techniques

The first dive does not require the presentation of a medical certificate.
However, in the case of:
heart conditions,
respiratory conditions (asthma, pneumothorax),
ENT conditions (frequent ear infections, perforation of the eardrum, ear surgery),
nervous problems (loss of consciousness, epilepsy, spasmophilia, tetany),
diabetes,
or any chronic condition
, it is necessary to present a medical certificate of fitness for scuba diving established by a doctor.
